To register for RYC'08
1. Click here to download the registration form. This form requires Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you may download it here .2. Fill out the form and return it to the youth leader no later than June 1, 2008 as the registration window closes on June 2, 2008.
3. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due at the time of registration.4. Registration form (s) and check (s) should be postmarked by June 2, 2008 and mailed to:

6. The balance of funds due will be paid upon arrival at RYC. Note that Counselors pay a reduced rate of $275.00 total ($50.00 deposit; $225.00 due on arrival).
- Checks are currently the only means of payment available for the deposit. Checks or cash (exact change, please) will be accepted for the balance upon arrival.
- Check payments should be made to "Lake Sherwood OPC" and earmarked for "RYC" in the memo line of the check.
- The youth leader or contact person may prefer to have the check made out to your local church and submitted with others. Please consult with the youth leader or contact person about submission of payment.
- Late registration may be possible, depending on the number of students enrolled. If late registration is desired, please contact us at ryc@lsopc.org as soon as possible to reserve your spot at RYC!
