Student Registration

To Register for RYC'09:

1. Click here to download the registration form. This form requires Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you may download it here.

2. Contact us at ryc@lsopc.org as soon as possible.  The registration window has passed, so we will need to know of your intentions to attend immediately.

3. The full payment for camp is due at the time of registration, as the primary registration window has already passed.

4. Registration form (s) and check (s) should be mailed to:

5. Confirmation of receipt will be sent to the local youth leader or contact.

6. The balance of funds due will be paid upon arrival of RYC.

• Checks are currently the only means of payment available for the deposit. Checks or cash (exact change, please) will be accepted for the balance upon arrival.
• Check payments should be made to "Lake Sherwood OPC" and earmarked for "RYC" in the memo line of the check.
• Your youth leader or contact person may prefer to have the check made out to your local church and submitted with others. Please consult with your youth leader or contact person about submission of payment.
• Late registration may be possible, depending on the number of students enrolled. IF late registration is desired, please contact us at ryc@lsopc.org as soon as possible to reserve your spot at RYC!
