Main Speaker - Stephen Oharek

Stephen was born and raised in the Orlando area. He grew up outside the church as a non-Christian. But at the age of fifteen, Christ by his Spirit triumphed over Stephen's resistance to the gospel, and Stephen came to saving faith in Christ. Even from the first few years of his Christian walk, Stephen sensed a call to the ministry.

In pursuit of fulfilling that call to ministry, Stephen went on to get his B. A. from Covenant College in northeast Georgia, and then his masters degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. After completing a year-long pastoral internship at a church near Seattle, Stephen received a call to be the pastor of an Orthodox Presbyterian church in northeast Iowa. After serving in Iowa for over seven years, Stephen accepted the call to pastor Reformation OPC in Oviedo, FL, which is where he has served since the summer of 2008.

When Stephen was still in high school, he led a daily prayer and weekly Bible study group at Winter Park High School for two years. Since becoming a pastor, he has led several teenage Bible studies, spoken with the Navigators' college ministry, helped to organize an annual family camp for the Presbytery of the Midwest, and has spoken at youth camps in Florida and New York.

Stephen and his wife Lisa (high-school sweethearts) have been married for 16 years, and they have four children. Stephen loves his pastoral work. When he is not working, he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, bodyboarding with his children, and spending time with family, friends, and church family.
